Who is Lenny?

Lenny Solomona is a husband, father of 3, Itinerant Pastor, Motivational Speaker and the Director of 1Touch Ministries an umbrella organisation that is passionate about transforming people’s lives physically, spiritually and mentally.

Lenny is a graduate of the John C Maxwell Leadership College and a graduate from the Elim International Bible College of New Zealand. He is a certified Personal Trainer having graduated from FITnance Personal training college in Brisbane Australia .

Lenny is passionate about adding value to people’s lives. He is a sought-after speaker who combines humour and life experiences to bring his message across. He has been used to motivate and inspire people across Oceania. Lenny has said that he “is passionate about developing people through leadership, building strong marriages, equipping men, empowering young people and motivating people to live heathy lives.”

  • Lenny and Tai Solomona served as the Youth Pastors at Hosanna World Outreach Centre, Wellington from 1998-2007. In 2008 they moved to Brisbane, Australia, and served at Hosanna Church Brisbane as the Marriage Ministries leaders. In 2014 they launched a 10-week Health Transformation Bootcamp in Samoa. A year later they moved to Samoa and lead a team of 18 volunteers who they say are the ‘backbone, to 1Touch Ministries success.

    Lenny says, “their passion, commitment and love for the people is the reason why our programs have been sustained over the years. Their servant-hearts are unrivalled.”

  • In 2018 Lenny pioneered the 1Touch Leadership Conference in Samoa, hosting management teams across Samoa’s government, private and public organisations. As the keynote speaker he presented topics based on “Developing the Leader within”.

    1Touch has continue to run leadership workshops and seminars for government departments, public sector, non-profit organisations.

    Lenny has been the guest speaker and leadership trainer for the Bank of South Pacific, SkyEye Pacific, Manu Samoa Sevens team, Vodaphone Samoa mental skill coach for the Manu Samoa Rugby Team.

    As a mental skills coaching included leadership development for the management team, chaplaincy and personal mentoring for the players. Having the ability to connect with each player was vital in developing relationships that would build trust and openness to share their personal challenges.

  • Lenny was a Keynote speaker at the Pacific Health Summit in Tonga and American Samoa, Tokelau Health Summit and has spoken at various local grassroot campaigns such as Nobesity, projects with Ministry of Health.
